They require less upkeep, which means spending less money over time, and all you lose is the ability to print in color, and most of us don’t even use that feature. Another way to save on printing is simply to do it less. Why not send company memos via email, for example? And, you can offer customers and clients a paperless option in regards to things like invoices and bills.
